AML STORE® has implemented the 2011/83/EU regulation that extends the right of withdrawal also to the purchase of digital content or those purchases that are not provided on a material medium (such as, for example, e-books, online games and music files). However, in case of purchase of digital content, the consumer can withdraw from the contract only if the performance has not already begun.
